New principal for Merlewood Primary
Nthabaleng Mohlaoli is grateful to Audrey Ryan, her predecessor and mentor for inspiring her and helping her gain confidence in all that she does.
Merlewood Primary welcomes the long-awaited appointment of Nthabaleng Mohlaoli as principal.
Mohlaoli has been an integral part of the school since joining the staff in 1999.
She was appointed as a departmental head from 2010 to 2020 and thereafter as an acting deputy principal from October 2020 to June 2023.
Mohlaoli extends her gratitude to Audrey Ryan, her predecessor and mentor for inspiring her and helping her gain confidence in all that she does.
She said her objective for the school is to educate all learners to the best of their potential and her hope is that all learners under her care become responsible, ethical, creative, and compassionate members of society.
The SGB, staff and learners extend their heartfelt congratulations to Mohlaoli on her appointment.
