Creativity abounds at Hlanganani
The school is proud of all the activities of learning and creating, whether it's academic, cultural or sports.
One of the essential goals of education is to teach learners reading and listening skills, maths skills, critical thinking and creativity.
Arts in schools help learners express themselves using senses, emotions and observations. The learners love to be creative; they learn by drawing things in their own way, where they can focus on the creation of art without interruption.
Hlanganani Preparatory School’s Grade 3s made tea or coffee for an oral. The Grade 7s made a sandwich for their introductory oral. This was to help them become more confident with speaking while doing an activity that they are used to doing.
The Grade 3s enjoyed their warm drink, and the Grade 7s loved eating their sandwich.
Grade 4s are growing beans for Natural Science and are loving watching them grow.
Khwezi Zondi and Sibonga Mbili in Grade R enjoyed an art activity as they got their hands dirty, making colourful butterflies using their handprints.
