Matric teddy arrives at Creston

Everyone is looking forward to a well-deserved short break.

Excitement is in the air as the matric teddy has officially arrived at Creston College.

Teddy reps Alfa Pato and Cassidy Lottering were thrilled to receive it.

They also look forward to welcoming the Grade 7 teddy to complete the set and continue this cherished tradition.

Meanwhile, Grade Rs had a fun-filled week exploring food. They made salads, sorted food groups and hosted a tea party while learning about healthy eating and table manners.

Junior primary learners enjoyed a special gardening day, planting their own seedlings as part of the Life Skills curriculum. They will now care for their plants, learning about responsibility and nature along the way.

Lastly, Grade 3s visited Brand’s Banana and Macadamia Farm, learning first-hand about agriculture before ending the trip with delicious banana splits.

As the last week of school wraps up, the Creston community looks forward to a well-deserved short break after a busy and exciting term.
