Focus on mental maths at Jai Hind

Top learners were selected through internal competitions.

At Jai Hind Primary, a team of enthusiastic learners from Grade 3-7 represented the school at the Ugu District Mental Mathematics competition.

They were accompanied by teacher Monica Govender. Top learners were selected through internal competitions. Although the team did not place, they performed admirably and gained valuable experience.

Preparations and revision for the upcoming June examinations are in full swing. Learners from Grade 4-7 have been given the scope for their papers.

The school thanks learners, parents, sponsors and the community for their support at the recent Go Green Fun Walk. The event was a tremendous success, and the school looks forward to hosting similar community based initiatives in the future.
