IN EXECUTION IN PURSUANCE OF a judgment in the above Honourable Court, under the above case number, and a subsequent Warrant of Execution, the goods listed hereinbelow will be sold in execution by way of public auction to the highest bidder, without reserve. The auction will be conducted by the Sheriff of the above Honourable Court, SHERIFF PORT SHEPSTONE, and will be held on 13 July 2026 at 10h00 or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT:
1.The sale will be strictly for cash or bank guarantee; and
2. An original proof of residence, copy of identity document and a deposit of R500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED RAND) will be required for registration.

a)The sale is a sale in execution pursuant to a judgment obtained in the above Honourable Court under the above case number;
b)The Rules of this auction will be available 24 (Twenty-Four) hours prior to the auction at the offices of the SHERIFF PORT SHEPSTONE;
c)Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite and is subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to:
(i)The Directives issued in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008 (URL: https://www./info.gov.za/view/DownloadFileAction?id-9- 9961);
(ii)FICA – legislation in respect of proof of identity and address particulars;
(iii)Payment of a registration fee of R500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED RAND) cash; and
(iv)Registration conditions.
