Way back in 1985, Phil Bense purchased a prime spot of land some 150m from the popular Uvongo beach. Today the attractive new Saints View timeshare resort stands tall and proud on this very spot.The project took Phil and his sons, Karl and Victor, two years to compete and is now considered by many as the newest gem on the coast.
