Letter to the editor regarding licensing section

"My request or urgent appeal is that Ray Nkonyeni Municipality addresses this terrible abnormality and inconvenience."

Dear Editor,

I am responding to the story published in the South Coast Fever dated, February 2, 2023 on page 2.
I would like to submit an additional complaint with regard to the shocking service and the rude employees at the Port Shepstone Motor Licensing section.
I second the report by Samke Malishe since I had a similar experience.
My complaint is as follows: A person must start queuing from 5.30am (bear in mind that this is a dangerous area).
The elderly, frail and people with health problems must wait for hours and hours to be attended to.
Now with the load shedding taking place (the Motor Licensing Section does not have alternate supply) such as a generator or inverter.
The community now has to wait an additional two hours.
This is totally unnecessary and unfair to all the members of the community.
My request or urgent appeal is that Ray Nkonyeni Municipality addresses this terrible abnormality and inconvenience.
