Hospital seeks relatives of patient

There is no medical need for her to remain in the hospital except for taking her chronic medication.

Port Shepstone Regional Hospital is looking for the relatives of Jamo Nonhlanhla Abegail Dlamini.

The hospital’s public relations officer, Phumza Morai said Dlamini is suspected to be a mental health patient.
Morai said Dlamini brought herself to the Port Shepstone Regional Hospital Emergency Department on February 20 for a medical condition which she was stabilised for.

“Currently, there is no medical need for her to remain in the hospital except for taking her chronic medication. She said her family is at Kwa-Jama area in Matatiele and other relatives are at Isipingo in Durban,” she said, adding that anyone with information about her relatives is requested to urgently contact the hospital social worker, Veliswa Dlamini, during working hours on 039 688 6245.
