Man (52) nabbed with cocaine
The cocaine and heroin found on the man are valued at R30 000.
A 52-year-old man was recently arrested after being found in possession of drugs.
According to police spokesperson, Captain Adam Francis, Saps Port Shepstone Crime Prevention members were performing stop and search duties on Monday this week when they approached a suspicious-looking male at the robots at Rethman Drive in Umtentweni.
“A large amount of cocaine as well as heroin capsules was found after searching the man and he was promptly arrested for possession of drugs. The value of the drugs is estimated to be about R30 000. He will appear in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court soon,” he said.
