ISKF Port Shepstone (International Shotokan Karate Federation) recently got some of its students to show off their skills at the FCMA (Full Contact Martial Arts Association).

Sensei Jay Rambharos selected his students and they achieved excellent results. “I was very impressed with my students, said Sensei Jay.

He looks forward to preparing more of his students for the 2024 event.
