South Coast paddlers Ayrton Barron and Dylan Bense won silver medal for a top 50 finish (48th) in the recent Dusi Canoe Marathon.
Simon Heaver and Patrick McNeill finished a commendable 87th overall and fourth in their division.
A total of 261 boats completed the race, which was won by Andy Birkett and Matthew Fenn.
It was Andy’s 14th win overall.
