Golfers greeted by good weather

Fortunately, the wind stayed away.

THE Pro-Vision Golf and Social Club held its sixth annual golf day at the Port Shepstone Country Club last Sunday. There was plenty of entertainment and loads of fantastic prizes were won.

With the windy weather experienced last week, golfers were not sure whether the course would be playable or not, but superb weather greeted the players who teed up in the hope of glory.

This year spectators expected some exciting golf and it was well worth a stroll out on the lush fairways to watch some of the club’s top players in action.

Chairman of Pro-Vision Golf and Social Club, Preggie Perumal was thrilled with the turnout. He thanked the various sponsors for helping make the day the success it was.

Regardless of the scores, the players thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie which continued long after the prize-giving.
