Round robin tennis win for Keegan and Elena

THE Christmas round robin at Umtentweni Tennis Club was played last Saturday and the winners were Elena Whateley and Keegan van der Merwe with Isabeau le Roux, Trish Wood and Mervyn Tarboton the runners-up.

Well done, all of you and thanks to Trish for organising the tournament. Lynne Rorich provided delicious eats for tea and members enjoyed a bring and braai afterwards.

Thanks to Riaan le Roux for his effort in keeping the fires burning in the rain. Thanks, also, to all who provided the tasty salads and breads.

A team from Southbroom will visit Tweni on Sunday, December 8 and play will start at 11am.
