THE schools’ volleyball committee will meet to plan and co-ordinate the 2014 season and tournament dates.
The meeting will take place at Marburg Secondary on Wednesday, February 5 at 3pm. All interested schools within the Ugu district are invited to attend.
Qualifying age groups for the primary and high schools will be announced, as will the dates for the three knockout tournaments for 2014.
The committee, which falls under the auspices of the Port Shepstone Volleyball Association, will also be elected.
The current chairman is Ivan Govender. It’s expected that the entire committee will be re-elected en bloc.
Nevertheless, delegates are invited to submit nominations for chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer, secretary, PRO and tournaments director.
