Kick-start for football club
The youngsters have shown remarkable development in terms of their skills.
FOOTBALL coach Dennis Magunje is doing his bit to promote the sport among the youth of the South Coast.
The Dennis Grassroots Football Club’s development programme aims to train and develop football skills among children aged between five and 15 years.
The programme was started in February this year, already has 30 youngsters, and is growing.

A year-end prize-giving was held recently where the players were rewarded for their efforts during the year.
Players will take a break now over the Christmas period and the action will resume again in February next year.
Training takes place once a week at the grounds of the Norwegian Settlers’ Church in Marburg.
Matches are played against other teams whenever and as often as possible.
Newcomers are welcome to join in.
