SOUTH Coast Striders kicked of the 2019 year with its first time trial last Wednesday. Twenty-five runners braved the heat and ran either 4km or 8km.
Time trials take place at the Striders’ clubhouse every Wednesday at 5pm. All are welcome to join. For more info contact Mark Smith at 082 8533849.

The club will be doing membership as well as KZNA license numbers on Wednesday, January 23 after time trials.
The 2019 committee is as follows: Freek Stander (chairman); Daan van Niekerk (vice-chairman); Sue-ann Perry (treasurer); Mark Smith (running captain); Bongani Mbhele (running vice-captain); Kim Jones/Deborah Berridge (secretary/admin); David Alderson Smith (walking captain).
