Farewell bring-and-braai for Tweni TC’s Chloe
A friendly reminder that subs for 2019 are now due. Please get them to Isabeau le Roux asap.
Most important news at Umtentweni Tennis Club this week is to remind all about Chloe Dutton’s farewell bring-and-braai this Saturday (23rd) after tennis. If it rains, please come along at 5.30pm.

Without the sun to scorch us last Saturday, it was great to have five courts going with Dylan Kroon a welcome visitor. Des Smith also made a welcome appearance as a spectator along with Liesl and their little granddaughter.
Members welcome Carol Nash into the club and wish her lots of great tennis at Tweni. Our other new members, Gerald Bunge and Jesse Verster were also present and their hard-hitting shots give the older members a run for their money.
Raj Naganna was away up country attending a SATU meeting and he was sorely missed.
There is a pair of tinted/sun glasses at the club with pinkish frames. Please remember to take them if they belong to you.
It was with sadness that members learned of Rod Nilsen’s death and condolences are extended to his family. It was always a pleasure to have Rod on the courts with his quiet cheerfulness.
