League action nets goals galore
Action netball is for all types of people and fits into their busy lifestyles.
ACTION league netball took place at the South Coast Indoor Sports Arena in Izotsha last Saturday.
There was a fantastic turnout of 168 players from schools, various local clubs and a team from Ray Nkonyeni Municipality.

Andrew Curlewis, co-owner of the arena, told the Herald the event was perfect to satisfy that social and/or competitive drive and to get netball teams together.
“It’s the ideal game for men and women to play in a team together, and more often than not, it’s the women bragging at the end,” joked Andrew.
He said games will continue regularly, as action netball is for all types of people and can fit easily into a busy lifestyle.
“From beginners to social, and corporate to competitive, this game is great for forging friendships and meeting new people.”
