Extreme fun for enduro riders at Genesis Youth event

The 15km route took them through Scott Kvalsig's farm and alongside the Dezzi South Coast Raceway.

Dirt bikers tested their off-road skills during the Izimbila Enduro Fun Ride at the Norwegian Settlers Church last Saturday. Presented by Genesis Youth, excited riders arrived early with their dirt bikes and geared up for the fun ride which started and finished on the rugby field at the church.

Riders from different age groups and abilities were all catered for, from experienced to inexperienced. The 15km route took them through Scott Kvalsig’s farm and alongside the Dezzi South Coast Raceway.

Well-known off-road riders and organisers of the event Louis Boshoff and Roger Ireland motivated and assisted the riders on the twisting roads and slippery surfaces. The focus for all was firmly on having extreme fun.

Mr Boshoff and Mr Ireland thanked all who participated in the enduro fun ride and said they hoped the event would become a permanent fixture on the South Coast calendar of events.
