Karateka from the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISFK) Port Shepstone club, affiliated to Ugu Karate, demonstrated their skills at the recent World Karate Federation tournament.
The tournament took place at Port Shepstone Secondary in Albersville recently.

“My karateka scooped 22 medals. Six gold, nine silvers, and seven bronze,” said a proud Sensei Jay Rambharos
He encouraged every karateka within the Ugu region to take part in development events, saying, “It’s not only about winning, it also encourages confidence and discipline.”
