Kickboxers earn their belt upgrades
The students worked hard all year long and were rewarded with the advancement of their belts.
The XKT Lower South Coast Kickboxing club had its colour belt grading at the Lions Den MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gym in Durban recently.

Club president of Xtreme Kickboxing Technologies and vice-president for MMA-SA, Shihan Raymond Phillips, travelled from headquarters in Brakpan to grade the local club.
Upon thanking Shihan Raymond for his effort and commitment to the XKT Lower South Coast club his reply was “You are welcome; and as always, I am proud of our Natal XKT club.”
The students of XKT LSC extended their heartfelt thanks to those who made this possible.
This included Dave Verster of Lions Den MMA and BJJ at Port Natal School in Durban, for the generous use of his gym for grading.
Sensei Stones was thanked for his patience, understanding and knowledge, so easily shared.
Shihan Raymond was thanked for his commitment, unfailing hard work, good sense of humour and excellent advice imparted.
Parents and guardians of the students were thanked for their support.
The students were praised for their hard work and dedication.
