Training time ahead of champs

Wkf Ugu Karate Region and Karate KwaZulu-Natal are the leaders in promoting karate in the province.

The Wkf Ugu Karate Region was very privileged to have Shihan Brando Pillay, the Protea coach, travel from Tongaat to give two training seminars to all Wkf Ugu karate region affiliated students last Sunday.

The juniors (white to purple belt) trained for the first hour and then the brown/black belts who have been selected to represent Karate KwaZulu-Natal at the South Africa All Styles Championship in Tongaat KSA, learnt all the new kumite methods.
