Two Steves fall short
Tabs in on Sunday was enjoyed by 17 of the 19 bowlers and spectator Lyn Clifton with companion 'Snowy'.
THE weather put paid to our monthly mixed trips event and Covid-19 has forced us to cancel all future competitions at Sezela Bowling Club until further notice.
The club will however continue to play their usual tabs in bowls and will now include Mondays. So bowlers please note tabs in at Sezela on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at new times 1pm for 1.30pm.

Sundays remain 8.30am for 9am.
The club needs the support from members and fellow bowlers until things return to normal and have introduced extra precautions over and above Government’s regulations and KBA and BSA’s directives on the virus issue.

The two Steves, Stead and Padgett, were the guys who did not quite enjoy their game against a very much in form Kevin White and Mally Swanby.
It was simply ‘one of those days’ when nothing would work for them as hard as they tried.
They managed to score two shots in a pair’s match of 17 ends with the opposition finishing on a massive 30.
Kevin played outstanding bowls but became a grumpy lead when his skip could not produce the same form.
Mike Carr will be back (excuse the pun) on the green as he has recovered from his injured vertebrae after falling off his roof.
Wife, Lyn has grounded Mike and reminded him he is not a bird and cannot fly.
Colin MacLeod and Liz are back at the club after their puppy took Colin for a walk and tripped him up a few weeks ago.
Colin is proof you cannot keep an old dog down.
