Historical figure you would like to meet? Tiger Woods – I’d like to know what makes him the ultimate ‘GOAT’.
Player you’d choose to hole a 6 foot putt to save your life? Pro – Tiger Woods – he doesn’t miss from 6ft and inside when it matters; amateur – my twin brother Luke.

Luckiest shot that mattered? Was playing a junior tournament at Mount Edgecombe CC (The Woods) and leading down the last and sliced my tee shot straight towards the out of bounds. It nicked a tree and dropped down, about a foot in play and I ended up making par and winning.
One shot or round or moment you’d like to be able to take over? I would love to replay the final hole of the U17 SA champs at St Francis Links, because although I was never going to win, the way I finished, with a triple bogey, just ruined my whole day and I left the tournament on such a bad note.
Ever broken a club, what happened? Broken two unfortunately – a bit of anger was involved and a lot of bad luck.
Any injuries you’ve had to overcome? No.
Funniest thing you have ever experienced on golf course? I was playing a tournament and got paired with a friend of mine and on one of the holes he tried to smash a drive and topped it, so I burst out laughing at him and I proceeded to do the exact same thing!
What irritates you most in golf? When I’m playing well and I make a stupid mistake that was totally unnecessary.

Best and worst advice received? Best – forget about the previous shot and focus on the shot ahead. Worst – head down and force.
Advice to anyone taking up the game? Don’t over swing it, let the club do the work. The harder you try to hit it, the worse it’s going to get.
Tell us something about yourself not many people know? On the course – I hate putting with the flag in. Off the course – I hate spiders and heights.

What’s next for you? Would hope to go to college in the US and try to turn pro after that.
Anything else you would like to add? I cannot wait to get back into the course.
