Who introduced you to golf? My dad, Petrus.
Clubs have you been a member at? Margate CC, Port Shepstone CC, Mossel Bay GC and Pinnacle Point GC.
Earliest memory of playing golf? Guppy Tournament 2012, when I was only 7 years old.

Career highlights? Winning the Junior Africa Challenge for four consecutive years at San Lameer.
Golf course you would love to play? Sun City.
Schools attended? Laerskool Meiringspark, Suid-Natal Primèr, Suid-Natal Hoër, Hoërskool Punt.
How do you think other people would describe your swing? Most people tell me that I have a good swing, so I imagine I should believe them.

Most famous person outside of golf you have met? Bobby van Jaarsveld.
Best known golfer you’ve met or played with? Mark McNulty.
Holes in one? 4th at Mossel Bay GC.
Albatross? Not yet.
Favourite meal and drink? Beef burger and salad with passion fruit and lemonade.
Favourite thing to watch on TV? Friends.

Countries you have been to? North Carolina, USA.
What song gets you onto the dance floor? Purple Hat.
Player you’d choose to hole a 6 foot putt to save your life? Rory McIlroy.

Luckiest shot you’ve had? My approach hit a rock at the back of the 6th at San Lameer and rolled back onto the green and I holed the putt for birdie!
One mulligan – a shot or round or moment you’d like to be able to take over? Par three 17th at Port Shepstone, which pretty much cost me the chance to defend the B division, at that stage.
Ever broken a club? No.

Any injuries you’ve had to overcome? Knee injury, tendons lacked blood supply – biokineticist Debbie Muller fixed me up. Tendonitis in my wrist
Funniest thing you have ever seen or experienced on golf course? Seeing my playing partner throw her club into a pond.
One thing or rule you’d like to change in golf if you could? To change the new putting rule back to the old one – take out the flag when putting.
Best and worst advice received? Best advice: I always laid up before the water at the 12th at Port Shepstone CC. One day my my uncle told me to go with my driver and believe in myself in doing it and I did. Ever since then, I carried that water every time. Worst advice – wrong club handed to me by my caddie.
Tell us something about yourself not many people know? Oops…. no, rather not.
What’s next for you? To break 75 consistently.
