South Coast golfers make merry as lockdown is eased

For some the break seemed to make no difference with Zuanru Coetzee and Santhos Baskali both recording a hole-in-one at Port Shepstone Country Club.

Golfers have made the most of some beautiful winter weather to get back out on the golf course after a very, very long break forced by the lockdown.

For some the break seemed to make no difference with Zuanru Coetzee and Santhos Baskali both recording a hole-in-one at Port Shepstone Country Club.

Zuanru Coetzee aced the 17th at Port Shepstone CC in his first game after lockdown restrictions were eased.

Zuanru enjoyed his outing back onto the golf course and celebrated with an ace at the 17th, despite 79 days off.

Santhos, Sheppie’s captain, aced the 5th hole.
