Tweni tennis players wished a smashing year

A few die-hards managed to fit in a bit of tennis over the last two weeks at Umtentweni Tennis Club and members all look forward to being able to play without restrictions again soon.

Belated birthday greetings go to Keagan van der Merwe and Jean Marx for the 3rd, Rob Browne and Neil Perry for the 5th and Elena Whateley for the 6th.

Hope you all enjoyed your special day and wish you many happy hours on the courts during 2021.

Members would like to wish all South Coast tennis players a Happy New Year with lots of smashing, driving, volleying, top-spinning, drop-shotting, cutting tennis throughout the year.

Grateful thanks go to the South Coast Herald staff for all the coverage given to our club during 2020.

If the restrictions are lifted the following members are on Saturday duty:

January 9 – Chris Polinski; January 16 – Carol Nash.
