Bevis Fairbrother won the Individual Stableford at Port Shepstone Country Club last Wednesday on 40 points, but it was James Coull who stole the limelight with a hole-in-one at the 5th.
James floated a softly struck pitching wedge down the hill for his second ace overall, his first coming at Royal Durban’s 2nd hole four years ago in a junior competition.

Ronald Brett won last Saturday’s competition on 40 points, edging out Sandi Burger by one and Clive Cawdry by two.
