The nominated mixed trips competition, sponsored by Re/Max was held last Friday.
Winners were Albert Munnik, Louis Gerber and Maureen du Toit, from runners-up Ollie Coetzer, Hana Svoboda and Miriam Seager.
Session prize went the way of Eddie Milne, Martin Rautenbach and Judy Hoyer.
The next drawn mix trips competition is this Friday (28th), sponsored by Salon Marguerite, at 1.30pm.
THE BELL
The Third Avenue open trips was won by Sharolyn Dacey, Pat Maggs and Winnie Hess.
In second place were Renzo van Niekerk, Phil Viljoen and Louw Brits. Third spot went to Keiron Dacey, Maureen Head and Steve O’Moore.
The Food Lover’s Market 2-4-2 winners were Sharolyn Dacey and Steve O’Moore, who narrowly edged out Bob and Jean Squires.
Session went to Desiree and Barry Krause.
Two ladies teams did the club proud at the Kokstad ladies trips played the previous weekend.
Sharolyn Dacey, Dina van der Walt and Winnie Hess were runners-up and Maureen Head, Desiree Krause and Gerda Clark were third.
MARGATE BC
The Crayfish Inn women’s open trips was won by Amelia Pietersen, Katy van Sandt and Nicky Hearne, with Kobie Stander, Dora Vosloo and Winnie Hess in second place.
Session went to Franci Philpott, Heidi Bracegirdle and Edith Button.
The Douglas Mitchell tabs in competition last Saturday was won by Yvonne Bausek, Theo Vorster and Roger Symes.
Coming up: Food Lover’s Market open pairs 28th; Men’s League 29th, MBC Sunday lunch 30th.

SOUTHBROOM BC
Glyn and Debby Evans won the Hibiscus Brokers’ Mixed Ultra Pairs earlier this month.
Winning the Tiago’s men’s trips were Gary Hess, Carl Volker and Louis Heyseek, who beat Ken Hills, Winston van Greune and Doug Kent.
First session went to Tony Waters, Cleve Walker and Ian Hunter, and the second to John Keppler, Steve Rennie and Andreas van der Linde.
