Hillcrest’s gain is Tweni’s loss
Social tennis is back on track following the lifting of Level 4 restrictions but please remember that masks should be worn when not on court.
In sad news for Umtentweni Tennis Club, Tisch Roos is re-locating to Hillcrest where he will be joining a coaching academy.
A good turnout on Monday afternoon gathered to bid Tisch farewell and tennis was enjoyed till light stopped play.
Thereafter, a braai plus a fire for warmth kept everyone in good spirits.
Dan Dimitriu and Raj Naganna thanked Tisch on behalf of the club for the impact he has made with his technical knowledge of tennis and friendly demeanour and presented him with a farewell gift. Hillcrest’s gain is certainly Tweni’s loss.
