Snooker players go national
Selvin Moodley and JJ Kruger are the players who will be representing the Ugu District.
For the first time, snooker players from the South Coast will represent the Ugu District Snooker Association at national Snooker tournaments.
The tournaments, namely the SA Snooker Masters Championship and the SA Singles Championship, will be held at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg from September 8 to 12 and from October 9 to 16 respectively..
Selvin Moodley and JJ Kruger are the players who will be representing the Ugu District.
This will be a great opportunity for these local stars to showcase their talent against some great players from other provinces and districts.
Due to the pandemic the sport had no competitive play for a while and now that restrictions have been lifted, the boys can’t wait to get back on the green baize.
