Lockdown level 1 brings hope to karateka

Karate, seen as a semi-contact sport, has been heavily affected by Covid-19, with very little taking place.

WKF Karate Ugu Region held its regional meeting of Ugu dojos recently, to plan the way forward for the sport in the region.

With South Africa now having moved to lockdown level 1, all karateka in the Ugu region will be hoping for more WKF Karate Ugu Region dojos to be reopened.
