Tim Clark shares tips with enthusiastic young golfers

It was a real treat for the budding golfers who have, until now, only seen pictures and read up on Tim's outstanding career.

The KidzGolfers at Umkomaas were so excited to meet Tim Clark last Saturday when he popped down to the club to share his experience as a touring pro with the up-and-coming youngsters.

Sohail Khan (9) is showing that he is a natural at golf. He’s self-taught (to this point) and gives the ball a mighty whack.

Tim signed autographs and spent time watching the young golfers swing, sharing tips and providing encouragement.

It was a real treat for the budding golfers who have, until now, only seen pictures and read up on Tim’s outstanding career.

The club is grateful to have Tim remain connected and committed to the club and willing to spend time with the youngest members. Judging from the turnout and the great swings, the future of golf is bright at Umkomaas. HAVE YOUR SAY Like the South Coast Herald’s Facebook page, follow us on Twitter and Instagram
