SOUTHBROOM
The Mariner’s open fours were won by Annette Payne, Bill Eccles, Manny Rodrigues and Maureen Roach, while Eileen Burt, Helen Proctor, Bruce Coldwells and Osie Osborne were named runners-up.
The first session prize was won by Chris Faber, Neale Cary-Smith, Ian Hunter and Rhett Butler, and the second session prize went to Mervyn Barrott, Barry Mollett, Des Evans and Clive Edmundson.
THE VILLAGE
The Hibiscus Retirement open trips were won by Alan Tyers, Clive Bignell and Julie Moorley, ahead of runners-up Pauline Dunlop, Rodney Winnon and Graham Dunlop. The first session prize went to Johan du Preez, Carol Roodt and John Roodt. Andre Lourens, Chris Allan and Elsa Lourens claimed the second session prize.
MARGATE
Winning the Remax men’s 2-4-2 competition last Friday were Gerry Davey and Mike Prinsloo, ahead of runners-up Peter and Richard Griffiths with Ernie Southward and Theo Vorster winning the session prize. Ron Vink won the 50/50 prize.
THE BELL
The results for the fours sponsored by First Choice Home Cleaners saw Annette Suther, Astrid Jackson, Isobel Kilian and Jan Anderson walk away with first place, while second place went to Renzo van Niekerk, Tony Aveyard, Frik Janse van Rensburg and Louw Brits.
Andre Maulgue, Hew Hodgeson, Kevin Mullen and Laraine Harris rounded off the top three. All mixed pairs games need to be completed by March 27.
