Warriors win pre-season warm up against Quins
Having missed out on two full seasons, the Warriors played some exiting rugby, running in seven tries.
The South Coast Warriors Rugby Club travelled to Durban to take on Harlequins Rugby Club for a pre-season warm up game that saw the Warriors dominate the home team to secure a 43 -12 win last Saturday.
Having missed out on two full seasons, the Warriors played some exiting rugby, running in seven tries scored by Sheldon Rivabello (2), Lunga Madlala, Tiaan Breytenbach, Jade Nyman, Darren Nyman and Coenie Oosthuizen.

Rivabello extended his points tally with four conversions.
The second team performed well in their first game with tries from Chad van Niekerk and Tiaan van Staden and one conversion by Dylan Kroon. However it was not meant to be as they narrowly went down by two points, ending their campaign with a 14-12 loss.

The Warriors will take on premier division side Amamzintoti Rugby Club in the Ronnie Day Rugby Festival hosted by Harlequins this Saturday (19th).
“The boys will have their hands full but we are always ready. We thank our sponsors Status Panelbeaters for sponsoring the day,” said Niko Potgieter, chairman of the club.
