THE VILLAGE
Wade Nicolson along with Rory and Lesley Lawson won the Hibiscus Insurance Brokers open held at the club recently.
The runners-up were Carol and John Root and Johan du Preez, while the first session prize was won by Alan Tyers and Clive Bignell.
The second session prize went to Bill Eccles, Theo Vorster and Anelia Reed.
THE BELL
Tammy Gibbons, Arthur Lopes and Frik Janse van Rensburg were the winners of the open trips sponsored by 3rd Avenue Restaurant at the club.
Finishing in second place were Maureen Head, Steve O’Moore and Khaya Hlongwa. While Sharolyn Dacey, Barry Krause and Winny Hess rounded off the top three.

MARGATE
Hibiscus Brokers open trips competition held last Friday was won by Graham Dunlop, Martie de Beer and Neus de Beer, ahead of runners-up Gerry Davey, Martiens Olivier and Rob Jackson.
The session prize was won by Lenie Geyer, Trevor Prinsloo and Voulene Prinsloo while the 50/50 title went to Gerry Davey.
The next event will take place this Friday (18th) and will be the women’s 2 bowl trips at 08:30 with floodlight bowls set to take place later that same day at 18:00.
