Surfing sisters super stoked

Due to a shark sighting, the event was then moved to Victoria Bay.

Lepront sisters, Louise and Leah, from Scottburgh have been rather busy lately bringing their A-game to several surfing competitions.

The sisters were at Mossel Bay last week for the first event in the Rip Curl GromSearch Series 2022.

Due to a shark sighting, the event was then moved to Victoria Bay.

Louise (U14) and Leah (U12) both ended up winning their age group categories.

Louise also took third in the U18 division.

A few weeks prior, the girls took part in the Sea Harvest Nahoon Open competition, where they won their age groups as well.

Louise also produced a fifth place in the open women’s WSL QS1000.
