Everraud bags two bronze medals at national champs

Everraud swam in nine events and made finals (top eight) in six events.

Blue Ocean Aquatics swimmer Everraud Raynard received provincial colours for going to the South African National Junior champs in Gqeberha.

He is an up-and-coming swimmer who won two bronze medals at that meet, for the 100m freestyle and 200m individual medley events.

Everraud swam in nine events and made finals (top eight) in six events.

“The top 12 year-old swimmers from all over the country were in participation and to manage finals in so many events is a challenge on its own,” said coach Mandy Koegelenberg.
