Tweni tennis for free is up and running

Special thanks to coach Frank Hall who travelled from Southbroom to help and support, imparting his experience and skills to the players.

The launch of the exciting new Tennis For Free initiative at Umtentweni Tennis Club was held last Saturday.

Fourteen eager newcomers of all ages arrived at the club to spend time on the courts with some regular players and coaches.

The plan is to hold the clinic every Saturday at noon, with the expectation that it will grow from strength to strength.

Special thanks to coach Frank Hall who travelled from Southbroom to help and support, imparting his experience and skills to the players.

Any donations of usable second hand tennis racquets will be greatly appreciated.

Tea duty: Saturday 4 – Colin Barker.
