The 200m individual medley sees swimmers compete in all four strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle).

Joshua Parry (19) from Izotsha competed in his first international swimming competition held in Monaco, Barcelona and Canet-en-Roussillon last month.

His highlight was Monaco where he swam personal best times and made the B final in the 200m individual medley, dropping two seconds off his time.
