Darts team holds its own at nationals
The team has shown commitment to the sport, being prepared to travel to play.
Margate Darts Association took part in the National Darts Championships in Johannesburg from July 4 to 8.
It was a first time at the event for the club and the players held their own, placing sixth out of 11.
The association and players thanked their sponsors for the support.
The team comprised Eddie Ramaloo, Judha Chetty, Mike Halloway, Vinesh Mahbeer, Tony Premnadu, KG Moodley (manager), Solly Maquthu (captain) and Neville Naidoo.
The association thanked Super Auto Midas for sponsoring the 3-a-side league.
