Uli leads team to alliance win

There was a combination of experience and youth in a recent Alliance at Southbroom Golf Club.

The winners were Uli Matzinger, Jurgen Feeder, Precious Mkhungo and junior Grant Richards on 91 points.
Runners-up were Brian Burgin, Roger Phillips, Malcolm Moorley and Joseph Stoellinger on 85 points, two ahead of Bob Clark, Olliver Ransome, Vic Pretorius and Emil Hierhold.

Winners the previous Wednesday were Peter Kupisiewicz, Bob Clark, John Neaves and Derek James on 85 points.
They edged out Werner Duggan, Neill Crossey, Bo Bergqvist and Geoff Skelton by one point.
Chicken Run (rain): Gjertrud Kok 22 pts.
