TWENI
The club recently held a very successful fun day, sponsored by Food Lover’s Market, where anyone could play, bowlers and non-bowlers, family and friends.
With the great weather it turned out to be a wonderful and happy occasion with lots of new friends being made.
Winners were Angie Cilliers, Bob Moroney, Billy Cilliers and Andrew Calitz.
The Harbourview Superspar mixed pairs was won by Dumisani Madala and Monica Middlewick.
Runners-up were Mari Strauss and Vernon Strauss.
Session prize went to Johnny Meyer and Jan Anderson.
The members also enjoyed gathering for a 90 year anniversary photo.
The Tweni Pharmacy men’s pairs, played on Monday, May 1, was won by Kevin Mullen and Tony Aveyard.
Runners-up were Dumisani Madlala and Vernon Strauss.
Session prize went to Mike Schmidt and Peter von Brandis.

SOUTHBROOM
Winning the Wolf Security open trips were Cleve Walker, Julie Walker and Tony Waters.
Runners-up were Glenn Hatfield, Sue Hatfield and Brent Addison.
First session went to Nora Hill, Rhett Butler and Hylton Cannon.
Second session went to Eileen Burt, Bruce Burt and Helen Proctor.

THE BELL
The Harbourview Superspar open trips were won by Di de Wet, Haydn Rowlands and Mike van der Merwe.
Second were Claude Ching, Frik Janse van Rensburg and Gail Newby.
Third were Sharolyn Dacey, Steve O’Moore and Winnie Hess.
Dont forget, it is now winter starting times, 13:15 for 13:30 start of play.

HIBBERDENE
The Re/Max drawn trips were won by Alex Bukes, Andrew Maree and Maureen du Toit.
Second were Bruce Hoyer, Estelle Quinn and Bossie Boshoff.
Third were Werner Moody, Jimmy Hay and Joey Venter.

Winners of the Food Lover’s Market ladies competition were Marilyn Frances, Rentia Williamson, Geaane Mitchell and Dora Vosloo.
Winners of the Uvongo Spar drawn trips were Phillip Pretorius, Markus Steinman and Donald Moore, with a score 4+18.
