Greg Defilippi bags winning fish

A total of 18 boats launched safely from Hibberdene and three from Injambili.

Twenty-one boats and 58 anglers entered the annual Hibberdene Ski-boat Club competition last Sunday.
Chairman Greg Massey said the compo was moved to last Sunday because of bad weather on Saturday.

“Weigh-in closed at 14:00 and prize giving was held at 15:30. Unfortunately no cuda were caught,” said Greg.

RESULTS
Biggest yellowtail – Caden Leonard at 13.1kg.
Biggest yellowfin tuna – Graham Tilley at 4.05kg.
Lucky draw winner (for biggest cuda) – Craig Rhodes
Sealed weight for bottom fish (4.85kg) – Mark Keyser at 5.15kg.
Sealed weight for game fish (9.1kg) – Greg Defilippi at 9.55kg.
