RIVERSIDE
Winners of the JL Panelbeaters league for the year are Kobie Stander, Dora Vosloo, Geanne Mitchell, Judi Falconbridge, Winnie Hess and, recently, Beth Trusler on 75 points.
Silver went to Leonie Booth’s team from Port Edward on 65 points.
Annette Syme’s Margate team earned bronze, with 62 points and, in fourth place, Riverside’s Pauline Dunlop’s team.
Pauline’s team also won the monthly event.
PORT EDWARD
Winners of the Tiagos’s Power Pairs on June 30 were Chris Green and Priscilla Going (Hot Springs).
In second place were Lyn Walton and Ken Simm (True Blues) with Jokkie and Marianne van Buuren (Jokmar) in third place.
The Spar Open Trips on July 4 was won by Chris Green, Sergio Ruperto and Pat Ruperto.
Runners-up were Leoni Booth, Maureen van der Poel and Helen Cock.
Session prize went to Arthur Ronaldson, Jeanie West and Hazel de Lange.
SOUTHBROOM
Winning the Mariners’ Open Fours on July 6 were Mervyn Barratt, Des Evans, Nelia Reed and Elsa Lourens.
Runners-up were Manny Rodrigues, Trevor Heywood, Bill Eccles and Theo Vorster.
First session went to Jeff Cronje, Andre Lourens, Norman Davies and Louis Heysteck.
Second session to Glenn Hatfield, Graham Fisher, Bruno Lolli and Carol Renniers.
THE BELL
The open fours played last week, sponsored by Re/Max, Casa Mia restaurant and Pool Prof were won by Sharolyn Dacey, Keiron Dacey, Dina van der Walt and Steve O’Moore.
Second place went to Leon Sander, Willy Knott, Shirley Russouw and Gerda Clark.
