Find your fit at Super Run

The Open Wave race is for serious runners and is perfect for club runners, schools and anyone that is looking to test themselves and possibly improve on their Personal Bests.

Running enthusiasts are invited to the Boxer Super Run in Durban on Sunday, October 15.
Lee-Ann Pillay, Boxer Superstore’s head of marketing said there will be a variety of races, starting with the 5km, a global favourite.

“The Boxer Super Run lets participants select their optimal starting wave based on their running background and runners can choose to enter one of two waves: the Open Wave or the Super Social Wave. The 5km action will close off with a super-fast Elite Men’s Wave and an Elite Women’s Wave.”

She said that the Open Wave race is for serious runners and is perfect for club runners, schools and anyone that is looking to test themselves and possibly improve on their Personal Bests.

“Those attracted to the social side of the sport will enjoy the later start of the Super Social Wave where time is not of the essence, or they are looking forward to an exciting day out with family, friends or co-workers. Irrespective of the wave that you choose, there is no cut-off time, you just need to finish with a smile, Pillay added.

It will be an exhilarating showdown in the the Elite Men’s and Elite Women’s Waves, where athletes will vie for the prestigious titles of King and Queen at the debut of the Boxer Super Run. “We extend a warm invitation to all runners in the Open and Super Social Waves to remain at the event post-race to support the Elites.”
