Cricket juniors prepare for Glenwood Festival
They will all get a chance to show their worth and expand their cricket experience.

Two U13 cricket teams will be competing in the Glenwood U13 Cricket Festival on February 16 and 17.
The teams will represent the Robbie Coutts Cricket Academy at the festival.
The festival represents a wonderful, if challenging, opportunity for the South Coast youngsters to test their skills against Durban opposition.
The boys have enjoyed some warm-up matches and practices at Port Shepstone Country Club, under the watchful eye of coach Matt Louw.
Matt has taken over coaching duties from his brother Tim who is now coaching at Clifton Durban.
Teams are not strictly A and B, rather, they have been balanced although, aside from a few obvious ones, it is really difficult to decide who the best players are.
But one thing is for sure, they will all get a chance to show their worth and expand their cricket experience, as well as enjoy the camaraderie that playing a festival and going on tour entails.
Seven boys are from Suid-Natal Primary, four are home-schooled, four from Izotsha Primary, three from Southcity, two Creston College, one Port Edward and one Hibiscus International, so there’s a nice mix.
Trials for the Southern KZN U13s only take place much later in the year, but this festival should help players gain confidence.
