Eric Ndlovu had a little help from the countout to win the Stableford competition at Port Shepstone Country Club last Wednesday.
He carded 39 points and ended up counting out three others, namely De Wet Reyneke, Paul Bunge and Gerald Koch.
One behind on 38 points were Charles Hulley and Basil King, followed on 37 points by Mark Smith and Gary Vogt.
The business day last Friday, sponsored by Van Zyl Retief Inc, was unfortunately rained out.
Saturday’s betterball, sponsored by Comfort Cool, saw Gevan Jack and Kevin Oxenham win on 43 points.
Runners-up on 40 points were Rudi and Ilse Steyn, counting out Neil Retief and Christo Janse van Vuuren.
