Winners of the 3rd Avenue/The Meat Joint mixed fours bowls competition on May 19 were Kevin Mullen, Barry Krause, Lyn Harris and Laraine Harris.
Runners-up were Robbie Duyts, Amanda Taylor, Rose Ludwig and Tilly Kirkland.
Session prize went to Peter von Brandis, Mike Schmidt, Frank Ellison and Penny Janse van Rensburg.
The Oribi Wimpy ladies pairs was won by Tammy Gibbons and Rienie Blignaut.
Runners-up were Jan Anderson and Trudy Rush. Session went to Elize Duvenhage and Jynie Swanepoel.
MARGATE
The Food Lover’s Market sponsored drawn trips on May 23 were won by Colin Wright, Theo Vorster and Patrick Pillay.
Runners-up were Mark Kassner, Jenny Louw and Piet Heydeman. Session prize went to Gary Hess, Monica Campbell and Rob Jackson. Lucky draw was won by Patrick Pillay.
Social bowls every Sunday at 09:00. All welcome, especially those wanting to try the sport. Flat-soled shoes/sandals are a requirement.
SOUTHBROOM
Winning the Coffee on the Square open trips at Southbroom on May 20 were Tony Waters, Cleve Walker and Julie Walker.
Runners-up were Barbara Marx, Noleen Norris and Helen Proctor.
First session went to Steve Rennie, John Kepler and Colin Gourlie, and the second session was taken by Jeff Cronje, Norman Davies and Louis Heystek.
THE BELL
The Bell Food Lover’s Market mixed pair 2-4-2 competition was won by Leon Sander and Ann Swanepoel.
In second place were Robbie Duyts and Gerda Clark, with session going to Annette Sutter and Kevin Mullen.
