Kingfisher Bowling Association held the semi-finals and finals of the open and veteran singles at Alexander Memorial Bowling Club last weekend.
AMBC is proud of Annetjie Kidd who won the women’s veterans singles. Her dedication to bowls has been outstanding and is indeed a worthy winner.
To top up her special win, she celebrated her 70th birthday as well. Congratulations on a double celebration.
Well done to Bob Elliott, a member of AMBC, who managed third place in the veteran singles.
Bowlers also had a successful club day last Saturday, with some riveting bowls being played.
